Find a business mentor to help you fulfill your potential.

As a mentee, you will have a dedicated mentor who will be matched to you depending on your needs.  You will be able to discuss your ideas, challenges and aspirations with someone who genuinely wants to help you reach your full potential. 

Don’t expect your mentor will have the answers to all your questions, but they will be trained in coaching skills and will be able to help you think through your issues and help you find solutions to your challenges.  Each Mentor will have a particular skill, whether it is general business skills like project management, marketing, finance, IT... or specialist skills such as health, engineering, agriculture... and from a description of what you are trying to achieve, we will be able to match the mentor with the most appropriate skills to you.

Mentor volunteers give you at least four hours a month of their time (on average one hour a week) during a minimum of one year.  Often mentors build a close relationship with their mentees and we therefore welcome those mentor/mentee pairs who decide to continue their relationship beyond the first year.
